HOW TO ORDER
Click on the ´order now´ tab beneath the picture of the item that you would like to order. This will send an email inquiry through to us and we'll email you with regard to availability, delivery and payment. Please note the 'order now' does not immediately confirm your order - we'll contact you to confirm everything is correct and ONLY proceed once you're happy with everything.HOW WE GET IT TO YOU
In South Africa we use Speed Services Couriers Overnight service - this requires the customer to collect their purchases the following day at their nearest/most convenient Post Office. The overnight service costs approx. R50 to anywhere in SA, and it has been very reliable solution for us. All jewellery is carefully wrapped and packaged in special Penchant peackaging. We recommend permanently storing and transporting your jewellery in the packaging provided.HOW TO PAY
Payment can be made in one of the following two ways:1.Credit or Debit card payment.
Once you´re happy with your order we'll email you to authorise payment via your creditcard. We'll email you our creditcard form for you to sign and fax back to us.
This method will process payment immediately.
2. Bank Transfer
Once you´re happy with your order, we'll email you to confirm payment and postage. You can fax proof of payment to +27 21 876 3094 or email cathy@penchantdesign.com
